Terms of Trade
1.0 Trade Accounts
By registering a Trade Account on the Blue Apple DIY Marketplace, you certify that you are a qualified trade professional or business entity. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials within the AQURRATE system.
2.0 Orders & Fulfillment
Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of the "Order Dispatched" email. Blue Apple DIY reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors or stock discrepancies.
3.0 Pricing & Payments
All prices are shown in GBP. Trade pricing is only visible to authenticated users. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store full credit card details on our local XAMPP/IONOS servers.
4.0 Returns & Liability
Industrial components and custom-cut timber are non-returnable unless defective. Blue Apple DIY's liability is limited to the cost of the goods purchased. We are not liable for project delays or secondary labor costs.
